the dabodab ad network
dabodab is a growing network of niche websites which share display ads linking to one another. Briyan Frederick Baker (of GAJOOB) developed a tiny wordpress plugin that enables a simple [daboads] shortcode to display participating site ads at random.
It takes its cue from how blog networks shared links in wayback days. It was a good thing. At least we thought it was cool back then so we’re old skooling it here.
dabodab ads (daboads) don’t track or collect any data like clicks or anything like that. They don’t drop a cookie behind your back and follow you around. We simply display an image with a link. If you’re interested in the website you’re visiting, here’s a few more you might want to check out. Back in the day, that was enough.

For now, we’re testing the waters with our own blogs, etc., but we’ll be adding select content creators soon. If you’re interested in being a part of it just connect with us and we’ll keep you posted.
Advertising
Reach and impressions are small but growing so the cost to add a display ad across relevant sites throughout the network is low. To be Frank, at this point, we’re just sharing ads across Briyan’s various blogs, but advertisers who wish to support my DiY efforts across my websites would be welcomed and appreciated.
